The story starts in 2007 when I began to experience curious dreams. They would typically start at about 2 a.m. and last till about 3.30 a.m. In these dreams I invariably saw myself as some sort of classroom teaching in front of an old fashioned blackboard. I seemed to be trying to make a complex subject simple to students who appeared as a shadowy group.

The dreams occurred seven days a week and gave me no peace. At the time I was a fultime doctor working over 60 hours a week. I July 2008 during an afternoon break I found myself strolling to a new age shop called ‘Inside Out Retreats’ in Brewers Lane Richmond Town Centre.

The window had a display showing a medium Henry Cumming, who was doing sittings inside. Without prior intent I found myself seeing Henry. It was an hour long reading recorded on cassttee tape. Henry told me that his ‘spirit guides’  were telling him that I was meant to work on a Mind Body-Spirit product that would help many people. I had never encountered mediums or ‘spirit communication’ before and the experience left me gobsmacked.

However my dreams now made sense and despite my busy life, I made the time to work on the project. It became clear to me that the project was an audio-visual product and not a book. I found myself drawing some 150 slides in a period of 6 weeks and the material divided itself neatly into four talks with twelve sections each. It was clear that I would have to find someone with the computer skills to help me with the project. Bumping into Henry Cumming again in the street, I told him about the situation of the project. He said his spirit guides were telling him to direct me to the very shop we had met and I would meet the person there.

Going back to ‘Inside Out Retreats’ I struck up a conversation with Tim Lee who was helping at the counter. It turned out he was an artist with digital computer and film skills. I told him about the sitting and gave him the cassette tape to listen to. He accepted the job.

He converted my drawings into power point slides and we hired equipment to film the power point presentation given by myself using a vacant room at my doctors office. This was every evening over a week  during the 2008 Christmas period. The result was sub minimal, but Tim produced a slide presentation with a voice over which worked fine. Looking back now I have no idea of how such a large assortment of information coalesced and organised itself through my faculties and indeed Tim’s skills. I certainly could not do it again.

Shortly after this both our lives went through big changes and Tim moved to Brighton. The project was put on hold but we revived it in 2010. A five disc DVD box set was prepared for commercial release & began its journey.

However at this point, Tim and I have decided that this is an important spiritual tool that everyone should have some benefit from and now should be shared online for free viewing through this website.
